a little about me.....

I've been a veterinarian since 1985 and a naturopathic physician since 1996.   I am also a licensed human acupuncturist.     My practice consists mostly of classical homeopathy,  as well as acupuncture and botanicals (herbs).   You can see my professional website at www.drstolz.com.   The photos are of acupuncture treatments because you can't really photograph someone doing homeopathy.      It's "just talking":)
Otherwise,  I have a pretty dull life.    I like to work out pretty much every day,  spinning classes and weights.   I am a seminar junkie and will attend a seminar on anything anytime.   Recently I attended a Marianne Williamson workshop.     I read ALOT- both professionally and spiritually oriented books i.e. Abraham-Hicks, Wayne Dyer,  Gregg Braden, Science of Mind,  Eckart Tolle, anything like that, and am a member of the "Spiritual Cinema Circle".     I am a member of the United Church of Religious Science where at one time I was a "Practitioner",  but I love to study all types of spirituality from the Kaballah to Native American mysticism.   I attend an Inipi (sweat lodge)  once or twice a year.

I'm also very interested in the raw food lifestyle.   I attend two fasting/spiritual retreats per year at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, Arizona,  however,   I'm going to be fasting on my own from now on:)   I have an extensive library of raw food books by Gabriel Cousens, Victoria Boutenko, Dr. Robert Young and many others.

For the past year I have been studying the culture, geography and language of Viet Nam.   I still cannot really say anything understandable:)
