Funny writing from Jasmine...

Every week, each child has to write a short online essay about an assigned subject. Back in March, the assignment was "best restaurant". I just received this paper today. The quality of the writing and the spelling is terrible. She can do much better, however the content is hilarious. She wrote about a Vietnamese restaurant in Chandler that we visit periodically. "I have been to many stupendous restaurants before, but this one stands out. Vietnamese Cuisine is the elite restaurant in the world!" I didn't really know that the cleaning and entertainment was all that sensational:)) It's not really all that clean of a restaurant, and they have no entertainment at all except for an aquarium- as she mentions. Just funny content, but we have to polish the writing skills a bit!!

CEE end of the year choir concert....

Each grade was assigned a certain era and type of music. Fourth grade was 80's metal and new wave. They sang "Hey Mickey" and "We're not gonna take it". Jasmine's class was dressed as cheerleaders and football players with an "M" for "Mickey". The other 4th grade class was dressed in funky 80's attire. Jasmine and Layla before the show. Then I never saw them again until they were onstage.
