Musician of the month....

Jasmine couldn't/wouldn't tell me what she did to become one of the "Musicians of the Month", but she did point it out to me one morning at school. Top row- home room "Mr. Schumacher".

Pumpkin contest!

Here is our pumpkin that we entered for the pumpkin decorating contest at Independence Elementary. Everyone was supposed to decorate- without puncturing- their pumpkin based on a book character. We didn't win:). I think the book we chose was too babyish for a 5th grader, but it was more of a sentimental book.
