I spent the morning in Jazzy's class doing crafts, decorating cookies, having a gift exchange... Jasmine and Kalisia (4th grade) Concentrating on writing a poem:)

Christmas Concert- Chandler Children's Choir rehearsal...

No photos allowed during the performance:( Marathon three hour rehearsal, then concert on both Saturday and Sunday nights. This is going to be a long weekend!

CEE Christmas Concert

December 9, 2014. Center for Educational Excellence Christmas Concert. The theme of the concert was "Holidays Thru the Year". Third grade represented St. Patrick's Day. All of the girls were supposed to wear green dresses. For some reason, it is very difficult to find a green dress. I went to every store in the mall plus Walmart and Target. No green dresses!! So, I had to buy one online which is always risky due to the sizes. Apparently, other people had the same problem. Jasmine, Jaycie, Giselle- classmates. Jazzy, Jaycie, Jania-- friends and classmates again:) Onstage... Jasmine and her 4th grade friend Kalisia. Fourth grade theme was "birthdays"..so they all dressed up as clowns. We got home really late and decided to "sleep in" and be late for school, then felt guilty, got up early and went to school on time:))

Junie B. Jones Concert

Tempe Center for the Arts. In exchange for singing at the show, each child received two tickets to the Junie B. Jones play:)

Wax Museum

Third grade Wax Museum. Abenaki Indians. Push their button and they will tell you all about what an Abenaki Indian girls life is like. Abenaki Indians getting ready. Jasmine, Leila, Riley We made the dress out of a pillow case and drew Native American symbols all over it.
